Welcome to Nano2Life
Nano2Life was the first European Network of Excellence in nanobiotechnology. Its objective was to make Europe a leader in nanobiotechnology by merging existing expertise and knowledge in the field of nanobiotechnology. Founded in 2004, Nano2Life comprised sucessfully 23 major European organizations within the field of nanobiotechnology.

Company of the Month

Genoptics SA is a French company established in 2001. Genoptics mission is to provide laboratory tools based on the Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging (SPRi) technology to detect and quantify biomolecular interactions (DNA:DNA, DNA:proteins, proteins:ligands etc... ). SPRi is a multiplexed parallel monitoring of hundreds of biomolécular interactions at a time), label-free, real time technology. [more]

Under the header of Nanobioethics, ObservatoryNano aims to highlight technological and economic trends in nanotechnology for health, medical, biotechnological and agrifood applications with potential ethical and social implications. Simultaneously, current debates on relevant issues in nanobioethics among ethicists and social scientists, policy making circles and stakeholders are analysed and confronted with the issues emerging from the technical and economic trends.

Nanomed Round Table - CSA Project in FP7
