BioForum 2010

BioForum 2010 as periodic event gathers enthusiastic and talented people from Central Europe, who are determined to take a challenge to build up their carrier in biotechnology-related research business. The scientific knowledge, skills and creativity meets business experience to generate a new biotech enterprises and form modern bioeconomy in countries of this region of Europe.


Central European Forum of Biotechnology & Innovative Bioeconomy takes place on 19-21 of May, in Lodz, Poland (New Business Centre in Manufaktura)


BioForum presents an innovative potential of R&D research from Central Europe and is an exceptional opportunity to establish biobusiness connections.
WHY TO TAKE PART?


In BioForum 2010, we aim at promotion and organization of networking between Central European and World entities within biobusiness sector. We also intend to promote biotechnological potential of Central European region as open to investors and biotech companies, and expand knowledge on commercialization and (bio)technology transfer.


BioForum 2010 is addressed to individuals engaged in development of biobusiness based on achievements of modern science:

  • Research groups working on R&D projects or offering 'contract research' services
  • Innovative biotech companies
  • Technology parks, Incubators, Advanced technology centers
  • Financial institutions, Patent agents' offices, Law offices
  • Companies offering high-tech scientific equipment
  • Representatives of institutions responsible for creation and introduction of knowledge-based innovative bioeconomy policy

 The results of previous edition BioForum 2009 were better then the organizer suppose. More then 800 participants - representatives from 10 countries, presentation more then 80 R&D Projects, 230 biobusiness meetings (BioPartnering), 60 exhibitors - including several major pharmaceutical companies and an impressive cross-section of the flourishing Central European biotechnology-related sector. That are only some examples and effects previous edition of Central European Forum of Biotechnology & Innovative BioEconomy - BioForum 2009. BioForum 2009 had many prestiguous atractions fields for participants this unique biobusiness event in the LifeScience and biotechnology-related sector: Biotechnology trade fair, exhibition, R&D poster presentations, prestigious seminars and workshops.
